Welcome to the Centralised Marketing Hub (CMH), a digital platform that empowers South African businesses to showcase, promote, and connect with customers in a trusted, user-friendly online marketplace.
These Advertising Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the relationship between CMH and businesses or individuals (“Advertiser”, “you”, or “your”) who submit content, business listings, promotions, and advertisements on the CMH platform.
By registering and advertising on CMH, you agree to these T&Cs, our [Privacy Policy], and [PAIA Manual].
You may advertise on CMH if:
You are a registered business or a sole proprietor operating within South Africa.
You are legally authorized to represent the business.
You provide truthful, lawful, and non-misleading information about your offerings.
CMH offers the different packages.
Detailed packages are viewable on our Packages page.
All listings and ads are subject to editorial review before going live.
CMH reserves the right to reject or remove any content deemed misleading, harmful, discriminatory, or non-compliant with SA advertising laws or POPIA.
Free and paid ads will remain active for the duration selected or offered.
Renewal notices will be sent via email or dashboard alerts.
CMH reserves the right to revise pricing or packages with 14 days’ notice.
In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA):
Data Collected: Name, business contact details, service/product descriptions, logo, images, location, and related listing information.
Consent: Advertisers give explicit consent for CMH to use their submitted data for:
Listing purposes.
Improving search functionality and visibility.
Optimising SEO and analytics.
Generating public search results within the platform and externally via search engines.
Data Retention: Personal/business data is retained for up to 24 months post-activity. You may request removal or modification at any time.
Cross-Border Transfer: No personal data is stored or transferred outside South Africa.
Data Access & Deletion: You may access, update, or delete your data at any time via your dashboard or by contacting us at [admin at cmhub.co.za].
By submitting content or advertising on CMH, you warrant that:
All information is accurate and lawful.
You have the right to use the intellectual property (logos, images, taglines) submitted.
You are not infringing on any third-party rights or promoting prohibited services.
Your content complies with POPIA and all other applicable South African advertising laws.
The advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold CMH harmless against any loss, damage, liability, or expense arising from:
Inaccurate or illegal information submitted.
Intellectual property disputes.
Non-compliance with POPIA or any regulatory breach related to your listing.
CMH does not guarantee the performance or effectiveness of any ad.
CMH is not liable for temporary outages, bugs, or algorithmic changes beyond our control.
Listings may be removed without refund if found to breach terms or policies.
Complaints about listings, ads, or competitors may be submitted via [our complaints form or contact email].
CMH will investigate all reports fairly and in accordance with its compliance obligations under POPIA and PAIA.
CMH may suspend or remove your listing if:
You breach any of these T&Cs.
There is a legal request from a regulatory authority.
There’s a risk of reputational harm to CMH or its users.
You may also cancel your ad at any time via your dashboard or by request.
By advertising with CMH:
You grant us the right to optimise and analyse your data to enhance search results and user engagement across the platform.
This includes SEO enrichment, automated pairing with search tags, and ranking boosts for quality and engagement signals.
This clause ensures your ad performs well without extra cost or technical know-how on your part.
You may opt out of this data usage, but doing so may reduce your ad’s visibility and platform performance.
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of South Africa, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA).
